Hi. You'll want to check the website for specifics. It's a public arena so if course no weapons or large bags. There's the standard metal detectors. I don't think you can bring in outside drinks. It's not the airport but there are idiots everywhere these days so just think about what an idiot can use to hurt people and don't bring that.

Well through any kind of service there's going to be more of a charge then there will be at the ticket booth I would suggest checking ticket Masters price online then calling the booth itself during hours and compare prices these days you never know who will have the deal

Generally as a rule there is no problem with that as long as they are the same price or you pay the difference,downgrading however,you will lose some of your cost because it is not a covered area for refund by the arena

It is located in the Sports Complex area that is just East of downtown. Across the street from the baseball field & 2 blocks away from the Jags home stadium...TIAA Field.

It was an event held on the 14 th of December. I don't know if the arena has another event you may want to call and check.

There was no damage to the Arena.

There is no Civic Center any longer in Jax. It is called the Times-Union Performing Arts Center. If that is what you are talking about, closest hotel is the Omni. Right across the street. If you ARE talking about the Arena, then the Hyatt Regency is the closest.

There are parking lots to the left of the building.. Lot Z is closest to the Suites / Entrance.

There's a bit of flooding, and some gas stations are closed - however, there are a few open in the area. Including restaurants & other businesses.
