Just super not nice service or mannerisms. I’ve had to do a lot of printing at different UPS around the area and each time everyone was helpful at least if they can’t accommodate. His response was simply “you called the wrong store and we’re independently owned and operated differently”. Well the way you operate yours could be improved.

Just went in with a list of items to ship. Some were packaged, some were packaged with no label, some had neither. DJ, the store manager, was amazing! He was so efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made what I expected to be a difficult 15 minute ordeal into an easy 3 minute breeze. Highly recommend this store and their expertise!
