The Good: - The rusted, dented and multi-holed, 12x12 inch passenger side, quarter dent looks great! - The removal of the two raised side view mirror holes is flawless. - I certainly noticed the detail taken to remove the side straps and front panel for the tailgate prior to painting; Well done! - The drip rail edge rust damage on the driver’s side looks perfect. - Overall it looks like the quality of the areas painted, including the bed, is very good; Thank You! The Bad: - Four inch long thick bead of paint on top of passenger fender where the edge meets the hood; the paint did not go in-between as expected. - ¼ inch raised bump, along top ridge of passenger fender; possible future paint peeling concern. - At least 11, 1/16 inch raised bumps on top surface of hood; possible future paint peeling concern. - Seam sealer for the door drip edges was not done ($100 was paid for this). - Paint under the hood and on bottom of both fenders (new parts) was not primed; it is already flaking off. - 3/8 inch diameter dimple near center of roof ($348 was paid for this). - Bottom of rocker panels not painted (both sides); you can even see missing paint from the side. - 1/2x1/4 inch dimple on bottom of passenger side, quarter panel ($464 was paid for this). - Dozens and dozens of pits along the bottom side of the passenger door ($150 was paid for this). - Door jambs near hinges (both doors) was not painted ($500 was paid for this). and The Ugly: - Chassis, fame paint overspray, 10 feet long, on both sides; I spent at least 20 hours thus far removing it. - Rear and front bumper mount overspray; it was so bad I had to remove all the parts and paint them black again. - Inner fender (both sides) paint overspray; I had to painstakingly scrape the overspray off; not done yet. - White primer on gas tank and all four suspension parts; I simply don’t have time to remove all of this and may have to just live with it. - Paint inside the hood on driver's side; I will need to remove it by painting over it black (again). Needless to say, I will need to return to see what the best remedy for the items I'm not properly skilled/trained to fix should be.

It was an insurance claim.

Wonderful! All done as promised. Didn’t need to involve insurance. Very reasonable prices. Done far faster than other place I got a quote from. And the job was perfection. I accused them of replacing my car with a brand new vehicle. It was flawless. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Wow that's expensive, I got a better job done at Dr. spray! You guys got ripped off, I only paid $290 for my whole car!
Hi, I was a customer, not a employee. They will still want to look it over and give you a estimate.
