It’s the fact that I called this store. And got hung up on by some lady without being able to explain myself. The lady straight up repeated what I said in the most sarcastic tone and hung up on me before I can future explain my reason for calling. Called back Verizon and got the answer I was looking for from a guy that doesn’t work in that store. Ma’am patience was all you need for that nasty attitude of yours.

I would recommend calling the store. They don't do that here in Michigan. I was only on that store once while visiting.
They can actually cancel your service in their store. I went to drop off old equipment from my previous residence because a technician had already installed new equipment at my new residence. The guy that took my equipment without me knowing disconnected my new service. So, make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing.

This is a very hands on location where most of the sales reps will gladly help you with that simple task. In addition, i have gone there for impromptu training of various features on my phone and they were happy to help.
It must be a corporate store, contract stores dont have that capacity..there ate 2 stores in the area, sv pk good one.
