We peered online ahead of time and walked into the restaurant after 30mins of being ordered and still had to wait another 30mins , so an hour total, for our order to be ready. When asked who we were waiting for , they walked away and didn’t update us on the time frame , multiple of their staff standing around and playing on their phones , what a joke

I grew up on a Wingstop. Wingstop used to be delicious. This particular one is a block from my house. Whenever the order says it’s going to be ready no matter what is always late. Yesterday they were very busy, there were eight people working with only two who spoke English. I ordered online and even gave an extra 10 minutes after the online time. I get there it wasn’t ready. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before I asked for a refund and my order was ready within 30 seconds of that. You have numerous people working and one girl working the register because she’s the only one who speaks English besides the manager who’s in the back. My boneless wings were delicious with their new hot and honey flavoring. My wings were very very tiny as they must’ve changed vendors as they were tiny the last time I went as well. Wingstop much change their time they’re giving to people online because people are standing and being angry for waiting so long and the girl kept telling everyone your food is up next and it would be somebody else’s food. This is actually an ongoing issue so I won’t be going there again.

Called to place a simple order of 10 wings. I asked if I could have all wings and no drums and if so was it more money. Transferred to 2 separate people that didn't speak any English! How does a business operate with only Spanish speaking employees? She acted like I was asking her to cook me a chateaubriand! Crazy!

No, but a rush order takes about 28 minutes and you can look into bite sqaud, uber eats, post mates, etc to see if a 2nd party does
No they do not deliver, nor are they registered with either grub hub, uber eats, nor any other food delivery service as of this comment.
No you have to pick up. There are delivery companies that might offer the restaurant as an option on there website. Try bite squad and grub cab.
