Park Place is in a safe location across from Fort Ward Park, has plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, 24 hour front desk personnel, condo fees pay my utilities and a huge resort-style pool. It's a great building!

Gayle is the worst receptionist very rude not helpful when she answer the phone she don’t even listen she over talk today she even hung up on me before I finished my sentence
