We've been battling this pharmacy since Friday to refill our son's prescriptions. Had physical paper proof that we had permission from the doctor to refill the one needed, they still refused. Tried to say that it was mix up at the doctor's office because the paper said one medication and they had a different but we needed both prescriptions filled. Had to call the doctor's office after hours to have them call the pharmacy after almost an hour of waiting and arguing with them. Definitely switching pharmacist asap.

Dropped off an emergency prescription. My dog had, for the first time, suffered 2 seizures so my vet gave me a prescription to stop the seizures. Time was critical as these seizures were violent. I explained to the tech the situation. I am understanding of waiting my turn based off who dropped off prescriptions first, but I pleaded for her to hurry. Instead this rude woman repeated, it'll be about an hour, we have other prescriptions to fill, and we have to give COVID shots every 10-15 minutes (there was no one there trying to get the shot). It's one thing to be busy and still try. But to have zero compassion and be rude about it, and intentionally take over an hour...... While she showed her true colors, my dog had 2 more seizures. Needless to say, I will not be back and I will continue to warn others!!

The store in general is great! Unfortunately when it comes to the pharmacy, there is a younger pharmacy technician who is always very rude and short and acts as if any question is an inconvience on her behalf any time my wife or I come through to pick up prescriptions. We've mentioned it before to staff but it seems as if it's either falling on deaf ears or just that the person in general just does not care, which is fine, we'll just take our business elsewhere.
