I'm sure you do. Before you go into a dispensary, you first need to meet with a prescriber. You can find a list of credentialed doctors on the Florida Medical Marijuana site.
I hate it when I ask a question and the answer is, "It depends". Unfortunately, that is the best I can do. It really does depend on the individual. It's not about the strength, it's about how it affects you personally. With that said, I would try the CBD Trunano gels or the CBD tinctures. The CBD capsules are something people get when they want a strong CBD.
