Living in our Del Webb Ponte Vedra, FL community is a welcomed change to with our retired lives. Clubs, a beautiful property to walk and enjoy and great neighbors that are going through this next chapter of our lives together.

We have lived here for three years now. It’s like living at a resort! We have made so many new friends and enjoy the amenities offered here.

No
We were just there a few weeks ago. The only new homes they have available are the carriage homes. It is a beautiful community but unkess you want a carriage home you woukd have to buy a resale home. Also, the CDD fees in this community are very high. If you are still interested ask what your TOTAL monthly fees will be.
They have something like that. Its where they live in apartment style home close to the club. Then you can have your favorite care provider come out daily.
Yes
The Del Webb Ponte Vedra HOA does not allow short term rentals. All leases must be 12 mos or longer.
This location does not offer natural gas, however, you can add a propane tank after close. In our future community 2 miles south, Del Webb Nocatee (opening this summer), we will have natural gas as a standard.
Are rentals in this community on a 12 month lease minimum?
Yes, the home site needs to hold both within the site setbacks. Your sales consultant will help find the right site for you Most new homes come standard with the lanai.
Rentals are available on a 1 yr lease. Some can be found in Ponte Vedra Beach area some will let you do a 7 month
Yes
Yes, they have some model homes that they rent for a day or two or three at a time to prospective buyers. These homes are on the property. In order to arrange for that, you will need to contact the Del Webb Sales Center or perhaps a local realtor who sells homes in Del Webb. We stayed in one of those homes for 3 days and then bought a resale home on the property through a realtor who was helping us.
Yes we do
No hotels are nearby. If you are thinking of buying a new home or having one built, you can rent one of their model homes for two or three nights on the property.
