So these folks have always been helpful and knowledgeable. They give service members a discount and the stalk in the stors is usually great. They can get things quick if they don't have them. This time it was just wiper blades. The other guys blade broke off when someone else hit a puddle and the water hit me.... very helpful friendly peeps!

I just went there for a car battery to rig a Lil a/c device to my inverter in the back of the uhaul I rented to keep all my cats cool & alive while we moved. The guy was helpful. The process was simple & quick. He helped me out to the truck with it & stuck around to make sure everything went well instead of walking away like some people do in other stores.

Absolutely terrible service from the Customer service representative. Rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent about helping me out. He acted like he was being inconvenienced when I asked a question. I actually left the store on account of his unprofessional behavior, and went to the AutoZone next-door. There, I was greeted pleasantly and respectfully. He found a solution to my question very quickly by cross referencing parts numbers. From this point on I’ll take all my business to the store next-door. Advance auto parts can thank their bearded employee working on a Sunday afternoon at 5:15pm for this customer to never go back again.
