Nocatee Splash Waterpark (Private)

Free for Nocatee residents. Not open to the public unless you purchase an annual pass. Last I heard they were $3k.

All of our amenities are paid for by the residents of Nocatee through their CDD assessments. Their intended use is primarily for the Residents of Nocatee and their guests. For information on Non-Resident memberships, please contact the Resident Services Office. 904-924-6850.

The Zipline requires closed toe shoes. They must be secure so that they will not slip off during the flight. Lace up or velcro is preferred.

Residents may bring there own food and drinks. Alcohol and glass are not allowed. Bags and coolers are subject to search.

Is the splash park open right now because of the rain?

If my translation is incorrect, I apologize. Nocatee waterparks do not have entry fees. They are exclusively for Nocatee Residents and their guest.

Thank you for asking. Nocatee has one heated pool. The Swim Club is a heated eight lane lap for the residents of Nocatee. Guest are not allowed at this facility and it is only for lap swimming.

The person whom you are attending with has to live in Nocatee and has to purchase the guest passes. U may want to check with whomever u will be attending the splash Waterpark with.

The attractions (River and Slides) will be closed in December. The pools will be open for Swim at Risk from 10-6 Tuesdays through Sundays. Please check the calendar and Facebook for special events or construction/repairs when the waterpark may be close.

No....it's an amenities for residents. There is a dog park and pond for them at David Park to the east of Nocatee off Nocatee Parkway in front of Ponte Vedra High School.
