This place is horrible. They nickeled and dimed me for every little thing and then when it came time for the artist to draw my picture they claimed that I did not pay her commission. Then after I requested a refund, they would not give me my money back and claimed that I never paid when I did. $45 dollars I was scammed out of. Also, the employees were rude and would not let me speak to anyone in charge. Do not go here, its a good idea for a business, but as a business it should be selling you an extension to your auto warranty or they have a warrant for your arrest from the IRS and want Walmart gift cards for payment.
