Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend that you enjoy Chipotle's food at another location. This restaurant is giving the franchise a bad reputation. It should be closed, thoroughly cleaned, new staff hired and trained, and reopened under new management.

We visited this location a little after 3:00PM on 10/05/2022 to place an in-person order to go for food for our grandchildren. We ordered five identical vegetarian burrito bowls (which include guacamole per the menu). When the bowls got to the end of the line we were told there was no guacamole. I asked if the bowls could be discounted since one of the main ingredients was not available. A host with an unpleasant attitude said, "You'll have to pay full price." I asked if there was a manager on duty. The host went in the back and came back about 15 seconds later and repeated the statement about paying full price. I asked if I could speak with the manager. The host then, very tersely, complained to me that I would be "holding up the line." I insisted and she summoned the manager. The manager was not overly quick to catch on. His fist response was that the avocados they had were not ripe but, if we wanted to come back in an hour, there would be guacamole. I didn't know avocados ripened that quickly! The manager finally agreed to a "three-pointer" (whatever than means in Chipotle-speak) and discounted the bowls about $1.20 each. All the while the host stood by grumbling and continuing to argue with everything I said. For customer service, this experience doesn't even deserve one star. Had we not been on our way to the airport to meet a bunch of starving kids and grandkids, we would have walked away from the order. We will not be visiting this location again.

The order was clearly written as Guacamole and Barbacoa as the first two ingredients and they didn't put either in my double meat burrito bowl but still charged me $22 for double meat and guacamole. They really have some nerve! I received a bowl of a tiny bit of ice cold rice, three pieces of chicken(the 2nd meat in the double) swimming in sour cream. Terrible. Just terrible. Ruined my evening.
