I don’t know where to begin with my praise for Ms. Wanda and Miriam. They were exceptional in every way!! They were knowledgeable, efficient to the highest level possible, conscientious, courteous, considerate, responsive, always here when they said they would be –and I could go on and on. They were willing to follow strict Covid protocol while in our home due to illness – this was a must, and they did it with a smile, even though we realized it made an already difficult situation even more difficult for them. The two of them worked together wonderfully – just perfect teamwork. Wanda and Miriam did everything they possibly could to help us through this situation, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. They were perfectionists when it came to wrapping and labeling our household items, taking care of them as if they were their own, all items, but especially the fragile and sentimental ones. They were both outstanding in every possible way!! If we could rate them 100 stars, without a doubt we certainly would. When additional team members were necessary, the teamwork remained outstanding! They too were efficient, pleasant, caring, compassionate throughout this assignment, once again helping us tremendously get through this flood! They all also worked very well with our dog situation which was a very important consideration. All in all, we couldn’t ask for a better team and would have no hesitancy in requesting them again if need arose. These two – Ms Wanda & Miriam-- & the others that were called in on occasion – are certainly an asset to your company. They represent everything that ServPro stands for!!

Labon and Brian came to my condo last Thursday to clean my air duct system. They were on time for the app. and they brought their A Game. They quickly got to work and generously explained all that they were going to do while doing the job. They patiently answered any question that I had about the procedure. They quickly completed the job and left my place immaculate. I would highly recommend Servpro of Hunt Valley and Harford County to anyone I know.
