Nice layout but needs some work

The course is incredibly scenic, gorgeous, well maintained and... very challenging (but still fun to play) for high handicap golfers like myself. Consider bringing several golf balls before playing this course, as true amateurs with a hook or slice in their game may lose many balls off the tee and on some approaches. Study the course before you play to know of holes where water and small creeks / rock beds run across fairways. Pace of play was perfect, not slow. We teed off on a Thursday late morning. The service is first-rate and everyone working there is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to encounter. Very nice pro shop. Drink coolers attached to the carts. Unrelated to golfing, I had one of the best burgers ever, at the turn. Very good food and drink.
