We moved to howard county cause they said the police and and schools are beter and safer but since we been here little problem i feel like they dont care mayby cause we are not white but i pay alot for my house and alot of taxes !

Although I still deeply respect officers that serve and protect our community, today's instance where an officer needed to make multiple snide comments and inability to keep calm was extremely concerning. If this officer were to be acting this way in a more serious situation, I would be worried for my own safety.

If after repeated attempts to inform the neighbor that they are trespassing have them trespassed. Their property on your property is trespassing it is illegal.

No. 911 abuse is only if EMS and Fire are being abused.
A person may rent to two people however not giving a receipt is illegal. the leasing company and or the renter / landlord needs proof of a transaction in order for it to be legal.
