Love this place growed up with the owners boys , but our last experience here was like this ,she took our order brought our drinks and never did get our appetizers,then one of the sons came in chatted a sec went to the kitchen and brought our food back , almost ice cold probably an hr and ten or fifteen minutes after our order was taken. Yes I'll go back again and if still the same ,I will write the worst review anybody will ever read!!!!!!

Didn’t have high expectations, just wanted somewhere to stop on our way to a friend’s engagement party in Morganton and wanted to support local. We knew that it being a Sunday, places would be busy, and we shouldn’t anticipate anything super speedy. As far as atmosphere and quality of food is concerned, we weren’t surprised that we had found a sports bar. Hell, it’s what we signed up for. What was the most disappointing was the service. We started on a great foot with our server, and as someone with over ten years in the service industry, I am very patient and understanding when food takes a little while. Unfortunately, we were there for an hour without being checked on or given updates on our order. We watched as people who ordered minutes before us and after us cashed out their tabs. At this point, our appetizer had been bussed for over thirty minutes. At no point we’re we given updates. When I finally asked the server to check our food, she continued to sweep the floor for a minute and on her way to the kitchen. Of course at the moment we were ready to walk out, the food magically arrived. Almost an hour after we ordered it. I asked to speak to a manager and instead got to speak to another person serving. Seems like a family affair. Nothing was comped and it took a verbal scolding to even get an apology or acknowledgment. The server even tried to say that the kitchen staff would prepare orders out of order. I’ve never been to an establishment that works this way. Again, as someone who has served tables, I’ve had my fair share of orders “on the fly,” but those would come with acknowledgement, accountability, apologies, and at the very least, comping part of the meal for the inconvenience caused to the patron. We won’t return, but wish this establishment the best in moving forward with more integrity to its guests’ experience whether they be locals or simply traveling through on a recommendation.

Stopped in for a late lunch, and we were happy with the server (Jennifer),who helped with describing all the specialties, and off the menu items. We had the deep fried mushrooms, a Ruben, and onion rings. All were prepared and served by the chef, who's name I regret that I didn't catch, but he was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. Now that's what I call service.

Great food and amazing staff. Handmade burgers. I ordered 2 patties with chilli with a side salad. Both were fantastic and they didn't mind the extra request (and added left is if I wanted to wrap it). We will be back soon to try the wings.
