My family’s parish for 55 years. I look at the posted pictures of the church interior and I’m saddened by the memories of the desecration of the church by Father Fitzgerald who had all of the beautiful ceiling artwork painted over. I stopped serving mass due to his casual cruelty. His era was a very dark time at St Dominics. I will always appreciate the spiritual guidance of Father Bauer, Father Stuart, and Father Mike Roach. I miss Mr Gaffneys beautiful playing. It was very spiritually inspiring going to this church in the 1960s and 1970s. I preferred the folk masses in the chapel.

A lot of memories here..went to school here from 2nd grade through 8th..back in the seventies..my maiden name was Duszynski back then..I always wondered what happened to all of those kids?!
