I called and spoke to a very ignorant representative from your recruiting department who cut me off as soon as I inquired about the PCA training. 'No we don't offer that since you're a Bronx resident.' I interrupted her and told her I called because I was referred by an employee of your agency from the Bronx who works live in cases. The representative then stated 'Oh we offer it only if you're going to work live in cases.' Ummm that's the reason I called! Very poor listening and communication skills by your recruiters is a poor reflection of your agency. I changed my mind and won't bother applying for live in work with this company and will train elsewhere.

I enjoy working there at first after it became very hard I had a male patient who was the absolute worst to me took them months to find someone he even lied on me they didn’t tell me he had any issues it was horrible I also had the worst female patient she was so mean and nasty toward me I tried being nice I just quit they don’t care they told me if o traveled far they’ll pay me 16 dollars an hour they lied and payed me 14 dollars an hour never again 👎🏾

The ladies in this office, Raquel and Leonor, are amazing! They are very nice and extremely helpful with anything you may need. If they can't help, they know how to connect me with someone who can. Outstanding!
