Absolute rip off. They charged me $67 for an eyelash extensions removal. And, they didn’t even get all of the glue off my lashes, so now I have to go to another salon. That price was not listed on their website or communicated to me at the time of booking. Everywhere else, lash removal costs $20, $35 max. Spoke to them about these concerns and they refunded me a week later which I appreciate.

Richard must have sold his soul to be able to do what he does with hair. I’m not the type to leave reviews but every single time I’ve gone in they’ve blown me away. If you can describe it they’ll make it happen. I’ve seen three of the stylists here and each time I got exactly what I went in for. Today I went in for something a bit different, I got a non traditional cut and went with a slate gray color and Richard absolutely killed it! I’ve never seen a cooler hair color on anybody than this one, and I’m lucky enough for it to be my hair. I really can’t thank him enough.
