The worst child support office. I have ever been to. They are disorganized. The Secretary sits there while the phone rings off the hook. The workers walk around while holding conversations with each other. And your sitting there for two to three hours wondering why? Some of them are very unprofessional. And some of them don't even know what they are doing.

First and foremost you need to have at your disposition, children B C, School records, Medical records and as much information about the absent parent so that he can be located. Best
There is an office in all 5 boros, but these offices are only for individuals on PA, if you are employed you must go to the Family Court in your boro. I hope that this helped. Oh, you need to bring as much information about the NCP/AP (Non Custodial Parent / Absent Parent). Good luck..
