Every question we had was answered with ease and it made a stressful situation much easier to handle! Edit 3/22: The 5 star review remains more than a year after. Maintenance and the leasing office were extremely helpful and transparent with planning our move out date. Friendly neighbors, a nice walking loop, and proximity to many stores means that I would highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Villas to people looking to rent short or long term! ----- Moved into a recently renovated apartment with my SO in December and haven't had any issues since. Maintenance people were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Very close to grocery stores, Target, Home Depot and many restaurants. Definitely a great place to live.
