I’m unsure how this place could receive any sort of professional rating or 5 star review..especially after my experience dealing with Syed and Star Tax. I found Star Tax as I live in the area and visited back in April. I needed to file an extension due to not receiving a necessary form to completely file my taxes. I received the form back in August and was informed by Syed that he would handle my tax filing in September since he was out of the country. I was patient and waiting on Syed and his company to complete their job and file my taxes. It is now October 3rd and Syed is ignoring all phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence with me, despite the fact he said he would file them the latest on October 2nd. I now have less than a week to figure out this mess that he caused. The worst part is he is not communicating. I would respect and appreciate honesty as opposed to blatant disregard and disrespect for a customer. Take your accounting needs elsewhere. This guy is a scam and so is his entire “business.” He is a dishonest business owner who does not care and will waste your time.
