Very nice library. I'm not from Chester but I often visit to buy books at their book fairs. Before Covid their sales were excellent in the big side room. Hundreds of varied books. But now, they still have a good sale but it's reduced in selections. Hopefully, it will return to the way it was. I like their prices, selections & the people at the library are always helpful & friendly.

Great place! i really appreciate that it’s relatively quiet, and there’s even a quiet study room if i need it. it’s well-maintained and has nice windows to gaze out at the surrounding trees.
