The Assisted/Independent Facility Heritage of Clara Barton Genesis Health Care is beyond any question a very efficiently and caring facility. Jyll B and her assistant Christine have been in front of any issues that could be a problem if not addressed well ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and willing to take on any duties that normally aren’t part of their responsibilities. Every effort is made to accommodate any programs to help residents cope with this pandemic. Safety is of primary concern and everything possible is done to keep everyone safe! The nursing staff is very caring and do their very best to meet all the medical needs of residents. I have been a resident for 5 years and have nothing but praise for everyone.

The first thing I have to say is management and staff works above and beyond EVERY DAY! My parents reside in Independent Living and love the apartment, it has everything they need and want! During the time of COVID-19 my husband and I truly appreciated how it was handled. The site was locked down very early to ensure safety of the residents, because of this, there was less than one hand of people effected. This reflects how serious they were to provide protection. My husband and I felt my parents were at the SAFEST place they could be. The management made sure all the needs of the residents were met. This site should be a model for all similar sites. I encourage all to visit The Heritage of Clara Barton and feel confident it is the perfect place for all in need.
