Moved into Middlesex County it's now three weeks I have been calling the enrollment centre number for help with enrolling my three children but to no avail even after leaving various messages no call backs! I've given up on ever recieving a call from them! I think it's quite unprofessional. I know the pandemic is here but atleast someone to.talk to for guidance is imperative.

THE SERVICE IS NEGATIVE STAR SERVICE. 1 IS ALSO MORE FOR THEM. The people are very rude. I felt very dissapointed talking to them. So, they asked me to take my 3 year old brother and wait for the bus in the corner street. “The guy said dress properly and wait for the bus no matter what the weather is. Its your responisbilty to take care of your child not ours”. Now how can I trust the people wont act like that to my brother is at school?. The bus system is worst. The drivers are very rude. If I am 1 minutes late, the driver starts giving me lecture and It would be easy if the bus was on time. Sometimes bus comes 5 minutes early and usually comes 10-15 minutes late and like the staff said THERE IS NO PROBELM FOR ME WAITING 15 MINUTES IN THE SNOW BUT THE BUS CANT WAIT FOR 1MINUTES. FIRST TIME I REGRET PAYING TAX TO EDISON TOWN.

Nobody is answering the phone in working hours. This is totally unprofessional.
