I am very upset , every time I call there is no answer , no one calls back , there is no voicemail and I can’t understand how when I ask to speak with a manager there isn’t any other person in the office other then the one lady that takes weeks to pick up , it’s hard speaking with her due to the Language barrier ,I feel that they should have more then one person answering phones. She once told me she would check my info and call back but never did I had to call for three more days before getting back in touch , just for her to not remember who I am or what was going on . I have one more test to pass to complete my diploma. This place was recommended by my original school in south Jersey but at this rate I’m going to have to travel back to south Jersey to take my test when I literally live in the next town over from where this school is located .

I had my Cams Exam scheduled at this center today. I have been calling their main number since a week now just to make sure they are open and other incidentals. But you call any time of the day and no one picks up. They don't even have a voicemail set up to leave a message . I even called at 10 am this morning (their opening time) and they didn't pickup. I even sent an email 2-3 days ago asking the same question and no answer yet. Anyways I reach there today, about to park and the technician calls me( mind you , not anyone in the office/ manager/in charge) to let me know that I won't be able to take my exam as their computers are not working.So I said ok let me reschedule and I called PearsonVUE to reschedule. They had to call the center to confirm what I was telling them, but ofcourse no one is picking up at the Chrome institute. They were telling me that until they confirm with an authorized person from Chrome institute , I won't be resecheduled. So now my fate lies in the unprofessional hands of the Chrome institute . After an hour of PearsonVue trying to get in touch with the Chrome Institute , they gave me a case #. Then a lady calls back from Chrome institute and I ask her why no one is picking up these days , she tells me because no one is by the phone , they have to be with the test takers . I am like ok, then how come there is no voicemail set up for anyone to leave a message so you can call back. She has the nerve to tell me that she must have called and I didn't pickup. I have no missed calls from Chrome Institute from the past 1 week I have been calling them . She also has no answer why a professional test taking institute does not have a voicemail set up. Also she tells me she will check my email now . I told her forget about it because the time has passed and my exam is already been messed with . I will not be rescheduling my exam at this center or recommend any one to go through the same aggravation. They need better system set ups if personnel is a problem
