My first appointment when I just broke my ankle was quick and I’m glad they set the right priorities but all the following were progressively longer so be patient.

Everything went smoothly at this place the first vist I absolutely loved the pa she was so so sweet. The second vist was a disaster since they gave me a different doctor named Claudia, on my second vist they did no new xray or suggest to get an mri. Meanwhile when I went thier the first vist my ankle was broken. Now they told me after the second vist my ankle is just a sprain so I went back to work and my ankle once again was bruising and in pain. I told them about this numerous times still refused to see if my ankle healed or not. I then went to the hospital and got the tests done along with X-rays. The hospital said my ankle is still broken and that it is not sprained at all. I’m upset because they not only refused to do follow up tests but also on the second vist misdiagnosed me and said I can go back to work In that condition. I meet with the actual surgeon doctor the 16th of March and if they refuse to do the proper tests for my ankle I will report them and go somewhere else to someone who acually orders tests done and dont assume a diagnosis. If It wasn’t for the other radiologist I saw after that horrific vist I would still be working 11, 12 hour shifts in that condition. I am upset and no one should ever get treated like this. Do not see Claudia such a bad doctor, the other pa were really sweet and kind. I see doctor John Reilly in March and I’m hoping if I see him he takes my ankle serious and does further tests done. This is how my ankle looked after they gave me the okay to go back to work with it still broken after one shift at amazon my whole foot swelled up and the inside of my ankle I just didn’t like the fact they keeped trying to tell me my ankle is just a sprain when it wasn’t when I saw the doctors at the hospital they said in no way this is just a sprain but this place never wanted to hear me out, the doctors at the er did more for me than this place did, my primary care doctor is issuing me the proper tests done like an mri since they refused until I see doctor reily. After I tryed to go back to work for amazon my ankle won’t stop swelling and in horrific pain. This has been a damm nightmare.
