I big thank you to Hy-Vee crossroads sat afternoon when we were in tornado warning. They made sure shoppers and employees were safe. They had you go to a big storage room made sure if you needed to sit they gave you a tote some employees went around passing out bottled water and cookies. Thank you for caring and your workers were great at making sure everyone was comfortable

Good grocery store and items were easy to find. Prices a little more than other places, but has a lot of selections of a variety of products. A few times I have gotten fruit there and only lasted a day or two before it had mold. Fruit is expensive so kind of a downer.

Don't use aisle on line at crossroads. 5 tries five times I've come home without at least 1 item on the receipt. Have never waited less than 15 minutes for them to bring stuff out. 2x I've had to walk in to hear "oh no one told us you were here" You brought stuff to other cars....think maybe walk over to check what order I'm waiting on. HORRIBLE

They have everything!! Produce was beautiful! Sales are great! Clean, friendly place with somewhat of a food court (Chinese, Italian, Deli) as well, with a very comfortable dining area. 😁
