It's an inexpensive hotel, so it could use some upgrades and a coat of paint. I've stayed in two different rooms, in one everything was in working order, in the other the AC worked but the buttons were pushed through and the phone was broken. But it's clean and comfortable and 15 minutes walk from the main Mayo building.

Awful I got there had a suite booked was told none of them were cleaned, mind you it was after 7pm when I get there. Had to cancel my reservation and rebook it for a regular room. Got checked in, went to my room smelled like really dirty socks, the room had stains in the carpet, refrigerator had someone else's old plastic bag in it, bugs in the toilet and bath tub, and the mattress was old and stained. I went to check out within 10 minutes and was told I had to pay for the room because I already checked in. I will be calling the manager tomorrow for a refund. Especially for the inconvenience and that it took almost an hour to get the room to begin with since they couldn't accommodate my original booking. Very disappointed and will never book there again!!!!

The room was dirty, The electricity was not properly working (like no lights in the bathroom), the front desk staff was not wearing masks or following Covid guidelines, the linens had large stains, there were no clean towels, and the management was not helpful or kind. The only plus is the closeness to St Mary’s. But, as a patient, my health and safety were at risk staying here. I am now paying only a few more dollars a night down the road and feel safe and have clean towels.

We were here for medical reasons. My dad was at Mayo clinic, and St Mary's hospital. Stated here about a total of 20 days over 3 different trips. Last stay being 10 days in a row. If you want a top of the line hotel nope this is not it! But look around its super reasonable for the price!! With that being said the hotel staff was awesome, and super helpful! When my dad got discharged they bumped us up to a suite for the last few days at no charge which was s life saver! Shout out to Tammy she is awesome!! :) 100% I'm am glad we picked this hotel.
