Eh like any other public service building service is slow, they keep calling numbers that no one has and making everybody wait longer. But when I finally got called after 2 hours they were very helpful. They're doing their best so cut them some slack.

Waste of time, no service at all. 23 counters only 3 people working at there nice easy pace. Wrost of wrost. NYC is below 5th world country city now days. Crime, public service and sever are below then below.

The worst and most disgusting place ever. Workers are soulless, robots. Penalties are given on all tickets, there is no justice, no loyalty, there is nothing humane and humane. Dozens of times I wrote various material arguments, evidence, arguments and arguments, I also attached various documents, but I could not dispute anything. I have not disputed a single ticket, these robots have not canceled a single ticket for me. They even issued a fine when it was clearly not my fault, I also had such an experience. In general, just a mockery of ordinary people. I would indicate this figure 0 zero stars!

Disgusting inhuman office, people will yell at you and treat you awfully. Once I had the money to get my car out of the tow office I called, left my number, and straight up didn’t receive a call back. My car now has to stay another night on my dime because of their mistakes. Such a corrupt disgusting system.

Yes you can
In 2017 year
Yes. Early in the morning is the best time to go.
Yes as long as you fulfill all their paperwork requirements. I suggest you call 311 to see if you have to make an appointment because of the pandemic. Good Luck
Not Jan 1. You can expect the building to be closed.
Wrong person to ask sorry
Not sure but I think so other city buildings I visited today was closed.
You can go to Dep. Of finance an ask for taxes payment history, now to compare against others, I don't know what you mean
You will need gas bill, electric bill and credit card. They need to verify you, the check with an address is not enough because people use old checks that does not correspond with the current info.
It is better to go to the finance department located at 210 jeralemon st in brooklyn. I already pay for the boot and tickets they send you to pick up the vehicle
You can only pay parking tickets. No moving violations though .you can also pay it online at nyc.gov/finance
You call the Dept of Finance or the boot release line.
How can. Get a payment plan
