an amazing school, with amazing instructors, fun classes and amazing Friday night dinners.

Had high expectations after several recommendations. Weak to mediocre food. Veggies old and tasteless. "Fresh local"?? Then whys there a soggy funky smelling tomato (local greenhouse maybe but certainly not inseason) in my salad? Service was so slow that all food was cold by time it got to table. Portions tiny. Check in was a mess. Highlight was dessert, which was the biggest portion.

The best school ever if your looking to change your life and your world around you. Cooking sustainable, local, lots of vegan and vegetarian options, amazing talented instructors, lots of heart, and delicious foods! You can't beat it!

Enjoyable prix fixe meal served at shared tables in a simple room off the entry. Dishes came at a reasonable pace, and the atmosphere was casual and convivial.

That's great question and the answer's no. Anyone at any level can attend the chef training program or a public class and leave with enough knowledge and skills to be confident in the kitchen and create some healthy & delicious food!
All of this info is on the school website. :-)
