I have been shopping at the Deltona Commons Publix since they opened and they are extremely helpful as I shop. I have some mobility issues and occasionally have to use the mobility cart. They are always helpful whether I'm walking or in the cart and load them in my car for me.

Always a horrible experience, especially with called in prescriptions. They’re surprised every single time and act like they didn’t get your prescription. There is always a delay on filling your prescription, even 6 hours past when it was sent in. They will fill it for you on the spot but still takes 30 minutes and they are super rude when you make them fill it like that. It’s the same thing time and time again. Horribly managed and terrible service.

I am sorry to say that this location has been going down hill the past couple years. I don't mind paying more for a product if the service is reasonable. Recently the customer service has gotten to a point where we have been shopping else where due to better service and pricing. Unfortunately Publix has forgot baisc customer service skills.

My son is ADHD and Walgreen's was out of his monthly meds as they were on back order. The pediatrician suggested this Publix as they had very recently sent the prescription to them. I called, of course they couldn't confirm as it's a controlled substance, not a problem I knew that could be the case. I had the pediatrician send over the script anyways. Never was I told they could hold the script for new cst because the script was a controlled substance. I go on vacation get back, call the pharmacy to verify it's filled as I never received a call from them. After a 10 min hold I'm told oh we tried to call you and number wasn't in service, validate the number as she tried to move on to insurance info. Definitely my number. She ask for ins info not on the card, apparently Walgreens has a more in depth system then there's and they can't seem to get it. She tells me they are out of stock and wasn't sure I still needed the script. She said they could order and get it by Wed for me but needed the numbers. Obviously I'm frustrated now because I've got one more day of meds left after today and this should have been filled. I call Walgreens, still not in stock been on back order for 2 weeks. I get the info call back whole new story now. Now I'm told about the waiting period for new cst with controlled substance, when asked why I wasn't told about that prior to the prescription being transferred. Yeah question ignored, did tell me now they can't guarantee meds will be by Wed cancelled called my pediatrician back to Walgreens complete and utter incompetence.
