Today was my first time getting my blood drawn ever. I got called back about 15 minutes after my appointment time, so the wait time was fine. I would suggest not being a walk in if you can avoid it; the walk ins today were told they didn't have extra availablity for them, for today at least. I don't have a fear of needles but I was still nervous about the general experience. I got Lola and she was amazing. She helped calm my nerves so well and made the whole process quick and easy. I felt a pinching feeling but it was over with quickly and she helped keep me distracted and reminded me to breathe! I would definitely go to her in the future anytime I need my blood drawn 😊

If you need blood work done, I would highly recommend making an appointment versus going as a walk-in. Aside from that, I received good service from this location this morning and am happy to have somewhere close by that not only accepts my insurance, but also does good work.

Went as a walk in but was told they couldn't see me. Only 3 people in the waiting room. I said my doctor asked me to come today, rude lady replied "your doctor doesn't run quest." Charming!!

Their main number is it, but they only seem to answer the physician option. They apparently got rid of their administrative staff as the phlebotomists are handling the insurance. Payment is all online after-the-fact. At least this is true for the 3 Quest sites between Lake Mary and Sanford.

They do not answer the phone. The call goes directly to the recorder.

I have the same question. Last time I went, they didn't and I was in the office for several hours waiting for it to be present. With covid I wanted to make sure this didn't happen again. You can't speak to someone on the phone since the system is completely automated.
I have been going there for 3 years and never encountered a line or a wait. It is easy though to go online and sign in for whatever time you want to go in. Great place ~ I love the techs there💕
