If I could give 0 I would, this place has a rude employee who would not really help me, I was there to get an ID with my husband and the man who took care of me was rude and unprofessional. I know not all photos are going to look great for a military ID and I get that but at least have the audacity to tell me what I am looking at when taking a photo. In order to have good customer service. If your in a bad mood and take it out on other people then you shouldn’t be working at all.

Get with the plan. This place is worse then the DMV. It amazes me they can't run a better system. They need to automate like they do at base pharmacy. It should be Active Duty then appointments then retirees and walkins last.

This office has a major issue with customer service! NONE of the phone numbers online work and if they do, nobody answers. I've personally driven to base twice from an hour away to find out they're closed due to cutbacks. You would think a military website would be updated for its personnel so their dependents can be in the system AS REQUIRED and covered by insurance in case something happens. Aren't their Commissioned Officers put in place to ensure proper management of government offices? The answer is YES!!! IF IT'S YOU, DO YOUR JOB!!! Sincerely, Can't wait to retire!!!

How can I make an appointment to renew my wife's ID Card
There is walk in for PSD, you will be taken between appointment. I recommend, call for an appointment and you will be seen and less wait.
It's only open on Saturday's that reservist are on the base. However I am unsure of the schedule for reservist.
