At firts we loved living here. I mean, we still like the apartment, management is good and maintenance is excellent. But, the gate is always broken, so anyone can get in, what have caused the robberies to increase, my wife went to the pool with the girls and an old man went in the pool area to look at the girls, then I went to the pool with my girls and another old man stood there looking at my girls (they’re only 6 and 3). And the worst of all, my wife got home with the kids and there was another old man peeing in the parking lot. I would like to stay here because of the good service, but defined not feeling safe and my family safety is priority.

It seems my review keeps getting deleted! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I can’t stress this enough. There is BLACK MOLD in the piping of these apartments. I know this because I got extremely sick living here. To the point that I was seeing a cardiologist, pulmonologist, dermatologist and nuclear medicine. Unless you want to go through all of that (which I don’t recommend) do not for the love of anything live here. After the mold situation was brought to their attention they completely denied it. So we paid (out of our pocket) for a company to come out and do a mold test and guess what? They found mold! A lot of mold. We moved out immediately at the same time their maintenance person came into my apartment unannounced and started yelling at me. The front office manager refused to reprimand their employee for this behavior and kept calling me a liar even though we gave them the mold report. Please do not waste your money here.

Worst place to live ever they nickel and dime you, don’t tell you about the fine print about move out have bugs and bad plumbing and extremely rude staff.. they sent me to collection without a call, notice, email, or any thing..wish I could give them 0 stars save yourself the stress and money and fine somewhere else to rent

Did they really just try to bribe us with pizza, to get them positive reviews. Maybe if they did something to make the complex safer they wouldn't have to. "upgraded" units are not worth the price.
