Not only does Lazy Boy carry quality furniture, they have beautiful accessories to decorate with. I went there to find accessories for my new bedroom. Susan was very helpful and engaged with me and my decorating project. I found the most lovely things and had such fun doing it. Thank you Susan!!! Will return to Lazy Boy again!

Walked in the Jacksonville Town Center store to meet with Liz whom I’d emailed with previously. Took us right to what we thought we wanted, the big Duo sectional and realized it was far too large for our space. She steered us to the duo couch with reclining function and we bought it on the spot. Next, she showed us her personal favorite swivel chair, which we also bought and will be ordering another soon. Liz knows what she’s doing, has a good sense of the style we wanted and was very accommodating. Top notch.
