Clear Lake Campground

Beautiful state park. Quiet and remote sites. Wooded, shaded and some are a little more sunny. Lots of different options from being secluded to being able to have campsites next to friends. Lots of campsites with access to the lake which is super nice too. Bath house super clean and plenty of hot water. Mosquitoes weren't bad at all. Had a few issues depending on where you were but easily dispatched with spray, candles or tiki torches.

In the first days of our trip, we took a walk in the nature around and really enjoyed it, we had a very nice time, we took hundreds of photos of interesting places. Then we saw neat places and had different experiences so when we look back my wife says it was like a city culture park here, next to the others. In the end, I'm posting this here saying that every photo with a combination of weather, rocks, water, family deserves to be shared ❤️

The campsites are nice and clean. The only problem is there is no electric. You can run your generator from 10-5 so it gets noisy. Then you run out of power in your camper. They only have 1 building with showers and flush toilets. But they do have pit toilets through out the campsite. Let me tell you... those pit toilets stink. You don't want to use them. They need to update the campsite and level out some of the sites.
