I made a reservation for our 45' toy hauler. This weekend we checked the site on our SxS and determined there was not enough room to get out of the drive in/drive out site that was currently only drive in (the exit had rocks blocking the drive). The reservations were for a month out...no worries. I tried to cancel my reservations and was told my deposit would not be refunded and my driving skills were questioned. Thanks! I'll find some where else to stay. "So because you aren't a more capable driver we should give you a refund, maybe you should have a rig that you are more capable hauling. Other campgrounds have similar policies, and our customers respect our rules/policies. So if someone reading a bad review you post doesn't understand this, they are not a customer we want at the campground." Life is too short for this kind of non-sense. Just posting this because people should not have to tolerate this kind of behavior. The camp ground was out nothing. I was told I'd fit. I won't. I asked for my deposit back and instead got insulted. You had a month's notice. Are you proud of the way you handle this situation? I know I'm out my deposit, but I handled the situation and you with the dignity and respect that everyone deserves.

Stayed here for 4 nights of ATV riding. Wifi is just at the check in station. It was good internet just not a real stong signal. Showers were always clean and there was a sign that you might run out of hot water but no one in the group ever did. Great access to the trails and restaurants. The cell signal was zero on Verizon but if you went across the road to the boat dock you can get a signal there. The wifi would not support wifi calling on my phone. Camp site was also very good size and not on top of each other. The people running it were very nice and helpful.

Perfect! Nothing but good things to say about this campground. The owners are excellent-polite, friendly, checked in with us to make sure we were happy through our stay. Any incidents and they took care of it immediately (someone's dog got loose). Super quiet, small, relaxing and comfortable. Good amenities and scoop icecream! Smaller kids loved the playground and mini golf. Well kept grounds-hilly but good roads. Great park across the hwy for boating and swimming. Walking distance but careful crossing with kids. ATV trails on site (we dont ride them but lots of people were here doing so). Overall VERY happy and we will be returning!

Great campground! Owners were very nice. We came Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! We were atv-ing so being right on the trail was very convenient! Nice bathrooms and spacious sites! Will definitely come back again!
