I have been going here for YEARS and I usually have great things to say, but today I went there was a new lady in there who was NOT nice and was NO help at all. I loaded my clothes into the new dryers and used my credit card to pay. I put the timer at an hour and pushes start. It was drying for about 3-5 minutes then stopped seeing turned off. I asked the new lady what was going on and she then said she didn't speak English and said sorry use quarters. I said no I already used my card I then looked on my card app and the dryer charged for the hour. So I told her and she shrugged her shoulders and told me use quarters. I then was VERY upset! I told her IM about to call the cops if you don't wanna help me and your dryer just stole my money??????? She ignored me and walked right past me grabbed her mop and went into the bathrooms. I started loading my wet clothes into my car and was being vocal about how Impactma there every week and spend a lot of money there and I will NEVER go back there again. She then called someone who then talked to me. I told her what happened she told me to wait there till she came. I waited for a bit then I just left. I can't even believe you would have someone there alone that can't speakEnglish and help people who have an issue. She was not NICE and I had a horrible experience. I will NOT be returning there again. Watch out for their machines. They will take your money but not work.

Definitely take heed to all the signs posted there “use washers and dryers at own risk”. It definitely could use some cleaning. I’m sure it’s clean during business hours! The washers (the ones I used) had a bad smell so I had to re-run all my loads and use more detergent and fabric softener to see if the smell would come out, but it did not work so I had to add lots of dryer sheets while drying. Their vending machines took my money and gave me no snacks or drinks. I gave 5 stars because it’s 24 hours, dryers works wonders, Betos is a few steps away, and I work 2 full time jobs and have a newborn so it’s convenient for me after I get off at 1am to run a few loads before I go home. I’m not gonna knock any business after business hours because I’m sure it’s really well kept and up to date during the day.

We have a over size King mattress cover that's quite thick as well so we decided to bring it here and use there exlarge washer & dryer it has been worth the time and effort it's our 3rd time here and its clean and well lit. It's open 24/7 with many security cameras which is nice. Lot of machines to use. They do carry everything you would need to do it yourself washing & drying. Dry cleaning is also provided here and a drop off laundry service.
