Scheduled an appointment with a specific hairdresser only to have her move me with another hairdresser without letting me know. I wasted my gas and time to drive out to my appointment only to find I was moved. Pretty sure that’s now how this industry is supposed to work.

This is terrible. They ruined my hair! burned out and the result of painting is simply terrible. I wanted white, but as a result, my hair was burnt out, a terrible yellow-red color. The head was wet, not cleaned and badly scratched. My head was hot. I do not advise anyone to come here ((((

Every time my hair cut is wacky, to short and not straight

Silence Pursuit (Silence Pursuit)

Went in for a shoulder length hair cut, for some reason the stylist added choppy layers and a big chunk missing see attached photo. Saw it on the way home, went back in and they had the same lady try to fix it.. Now I have supper thinned out hair that is above my shoulders, please teach your stylists to do things correct or get someone else to fix it. Hair cut is nothing like the pictures I showed or asked for.
