Very nice parking, arrived 1 HR before appointment and all was good, gate officer assigned the door and they started to unload as soon as i delivered the papers to receiving, it took them about 30min to finish, but then you have to wait about 1 hr after light green was on to get your paperwork. You backup with seal on and door closed, they also requested to have the tandems slided all they way back. Please remenber to have the 5 digit confirmation number that starts with number 4, without it they won’t let you in. No lumper fee in this location. There is free cofee to drivers 👏👏👏

Worst place i,ve ever delivered to.very slow. Took 5hrs to get unloaded
11 am I'm pretty sure I don't know for 100% certain though, since I haven't come in later than 45 minutes early
