I will say that every one I spoke with or dealt with was pleasant and professional. They originally came out the next day after we called that was July 29th They determined that there was a leak in the system and that a valve was needed, it had to be ordered. $600 +.They returned on Aug 4th but apparently they ordered the wrong part. They returned Aug 11th and changed the valve but also said that the fan needed to be replaced.$ 1,900+. We had left from Aug 7th and return to the house on Aug 21st. 90 degree weather in Florida isn’t pleasant. When we returned the house was 87 degrees inside with no a/c. Called GJ again and they came out and this time said it was the breaker that needed replacement. $300+. Hope it works now. We will not be using them again. Partly because they kept saying it was something else each time they thought they had it fixed and partly because they were never on time from the text they would send. The last time they said they would come between 10 am and 12 noon. The tech arrived at 4 pm. Again every one was pleasant but I think they are in over their head.
