A well in our area costs around $3,500 and a septic tank $3,000 to $4,000 depending on the size of your home. Electricity is available to the front of our properties. The power company will run 1,200 feet for free if your connecting a home. Your cost would be installing the meter which would be around $1,000. You would need to contact a mobile home company for pricing on moving and setting up a home. We do not know what a pool would cost.

We have a few locations that have no deed restrictions. It means we have not recorded any rules for that particular property. Our restrictions normally include a minimum square footage, age for a mobile home, type of animals permitted, etc. Even if a property has no deed restrictions you would still need to follow the county building codes when you do decide to build or make improvements to the land.
