I was able to find Wilton color mist that I needed for some oreos I wanted to color gold and silver for my nephews party. I could not locate it at any other local grocery store, Walmart, Michaels or Hobby Lobby and the price was reasonable and I found a coupon. I placed the order online for pickup and it was ready within a couple of hours. I went inside to the register gave them the last four of the order number and my last name and they immediately had the order ready.

I haven't been to Jo-Ann's in years. It was a nice clean store I found things that I needed the customer service was wonderful and was a nice additional discount at the register. I wish it were closer to my home.

They have re-opened for customer walk-in, though they do have a restriction on how many people may be in the store at once to maintain appropriate social distancing. Due to this there may be a line out front sometimes, but it usually doesn't take too long to get through.

When I wanted headliner fabric for my van. I called even went in and they thought it was there, but it wasn't. If what you are seeking is rare, you may have to do as I did. Order it through their website. They carry almost everything but of course can't put it all in the store.
There is always clearance fabric. Currently, there is quite a bit!
