There are some items they cannot accept as they are prohibited by the landfill. You can put almost all household trash and construction debris in your dumpster, except the following items: hazardous materials, treated lumber, medical waste, televisions, wet paint, asbestos, batteries, oils, gasoline, railroad ties. Mattresses and tires might incur extra handling fees depending on your location. If you’re unsure about an item, give them a call and they will let you know.
Standard dumpster rental periods range from 7 – 14 days. Depending on your location, availability and demand, rental periods can usually be extended for a low daily rate. If you keep your dumpster longer than your included rental period, you will be charged a fee for each additional day.
All debris and material should be placed inside the walls of the container. Do not leave anything hanging over the sides or rising above the top of the dumpster. This could delay your waste pick-up because the drivers cannot haul overloaded dumpsters for safety reasons.
Roll-off dumpsters are used mainly for construction, renovation, remodeling, and clean out projects. Really anytime you have a lot of stuff to throw away, you can use a roll off dumpster rental. I hope this will help.
