This place has treated me amazing every since the beginning when Tesla’s service was top notch and they were honestly better than any other auto manufacturer I’d ever dealt with. It’s known that Teslas customer service etc has dramatically gotten pretty terrible over the years as it’s well documented. But I can honestly say this place has been amazing too me and I always try to repay them with a tip etc and they refuse. So usually I will just drop it on the ground and tell them someone else will take it if they don’t that how much they do things that they actually care about proving exceptional service even if they aren’t high enough on the food chain to make certain decisions. It’s often that the employees there get the blame when the reality is s**t rolls down hill and they don’t have the ability or authority to do things they would if they could. I’ve had many people who I have meet as my service advisor and everyone has been great. The newest one I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with is Jack. He’s amazing and does everything he can to try to get me a loaner etc and never expects anything in return. He has helped me several times when I couldn’t get into my car etc taking the time when I know he is busy bad to resolve my situation asap. I even talk trash about the way tesla operates many things but again this isn’t their fault and it usually build quality which I’ve been lucky enough to not deal with however it still bothers me being someone that has high expectations for Tesla to see them act like idiots especially since they are extremely valuable and when they weren’t they treated customers better. I definitely recommend this place especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jack take care of you. I hope he’s around for a bit longer but at the same time I hope he gets promoted to a higher position and makes double whatever she does now cause it’s employees like him that make Tesla successful.

Simple check in and service process, good communication from staff, and appreciated the cleanliness of the service center and our car when it was returned.

All guys working at the facility are but TESLA sevice has gone bad from excellent. While most places want customers to sit and be comfortable but here you have to literally stand in front of the service advisor to discuss your car issues which looks very odd, almost like being reprimanded and communications only via texts tends to frustrating.

Worst customer service ever! Issued Uber vouchers and then they cancel them. This happened twice. The staff are very nice, but Tesla service is horrible both at Tempe and Raintree. Spent twice as much on a Model X than my Ford Explorer, but Ford has great service. Tesla does not. Spend your money on a Rivian! Don’t buy the fake google reviews, check their Yelp page for more realistic ratings.

If you ask nicely they'll likely let you juice up for a bit.
It happened to me a few months ago. I reset the car and left it off for about 15 minutes. When I turned on the car, it took about 5 minutes for the radio to work again.
Online only. Just use the website pretty fast delivery
Call service or use the app. At That State The Car May Not Drive So They May Arrange Towing.
You can get a hold of them by phone or their website
Yes, cost is more with Safelite than it would be through here. Both would be Tesla windshields.
Try this: Go to the locks menu, select the little plus, and follow the directions, it's pretty straight forward! No need to take it to service, you may need one of the original keys though to verify... Or login to account. Good luck.
Yes you can. If it's not a Tesla you're trading in then you just get a quote from CarMax and they'll honor that.
Is the phone still connected to the car? Is Bluetooth on? If you change phones, you have to re associate the phone with the car.
I believe they are open before that @ least by 8am
You should also have an assigned reservation agent.
Bottom left corner of the data sticker in the driver's door jam. PNT: xxxx
No super chargers here. There are destination chargers near by though
No they aren't available her but they are online
There are no state rebates in Arizona. You would only have access to the federal rebate. Tesla had the amounts of the rebate (based on delivery date) listed here: https://www.tesla.com/support/incentives
Dude, if you purchased the X congrats. Now can your Tesla agent and get the key. This is a message/review board.
No supercharger at the dealership. Look for 3rd party locations. Such as Scottsdale's fashion square or the Biltmore.
Yes. It's worth noting that third parties will replace windshields with OEM glass.
No, its only a service center now. In the beginning when it opened as a sales center you could but not anymore.
