Phone service is the 2nd star Predatory ticketing policies ticketing students and others $100 a ticket for simple parking citations is outrageous. Totally opposite of ASU’s mission. Terrible service through the email, could not be bothered. Terrible predatory practices taking advantage of students and staff through a “paycheck reduction programs” and $100 tickets

Was told one thing on the phone and then another on the intercom in the parking garage. If there’s any way you can avoid ASU parking services please do so. ASU’s parking services are predatory because they know students don’t have any other options on where to park. Not very innovative with their business tactics unless you count scamming as innovation.

There are good business practices, and there's ASU's PTS. Very not innovative. Might consider being a part of another university.

What happens if the area we paid for for a parking pass or completely full? There seems to be no monitors for this?this year she paid for lot 59 by the stadium and this morning all the spots were filled already? Suggestions?

Hi Suzette thank you...what's the easiest way to do that? I'm worried as she parked very far way so now has longer walk and may come back to ticket...I hate for her to deal with this tomorrow too.

If I renew my student parking, do I get a new permit for my car, or do I continue to use the old one?

It depends upon if you are staying at the same parking structure. We do change out the permits from time to time but extending the permit for an additional year is one way we keep our costs down and keep permit prices stable. Your purchase of a parking permit also supports many other ASU programs, such as intercampus shuttles and campus Flash service. To get more information contact Parking and Transit at 480-965-6124
