The one star was to get the review started. This is the worst place for care. ER is great. Downhill from there. No one to help me with cleanliness. Trash cans in room always overflowing. Toilet backed up twice. Nurses answer call button when they feel like it. I would get better care at the Vets office where I take my pets!

Not great...they said there were no nurses in the ER. I was there for 4 hours, getting called to different places. Triaged in the front room behind the check-in desk, sent back to my seat. Seen by a physician's assistant, sent back to my seat. Called to the front room again, given a medication, sent back to my seat. Then someone came to do registration. Then called to the front room and asked for pharmacy information, I told her I wanted to go across the street to the CVS inside Target and she wanted an address b/c she "doesn't live around here." I'm looking for it and she says she'll just give me a paper prescription, sent back to my seat. Over an hour later, she brings me back and says they couldn't do a paper script and did I find the address. I said yeah and start to give it to her, but she interrupts and asks the name of the pharmacy. I said CVS and again try to give her the address, but she only wants the cross streets, which I'd already told her 2 hours before and which weren't good enough because she apparently doesn't know what intersection her job is at. Then I had to wait even longer to get discharge paperwork. The place was a shambles, with everyone in the waiting room getting called to and fro. Never going there again.

Do not come here. You might leave worse off than when you came in. Filthy and falling apart. The front dest lady qas not only rude and dismissive to me. But they broke the camels back when I saw them dismiss a man trying to walk after a fall and now has staples in his head. I asked for a wheelchair for him 3 times and was ignored. Other waiting patients were helping him to a chair. When his rifle De came several patients helped him out I clouding myself. He walked with shaking and unbalanced movement and spoke ask a serious head injury would leave someone. I SHOULD NOT LEAVE A PLACE ASKI G WHERE THE HUMANITY HAS GONE. Abrazo should be ashamed.

There should be an option for no stars! This hospital is absolute garbage. My grandmother fell the other day and got sent here, they did ‘tests’ that came out clear and we were told she can go home the next day. Then within a few hours she had to go in for a life threatening surgery. Getting information about her is near impossible let alone speaking with her. Everyone who answers the phones are nothing but rude and have extremely bad attitudes. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever heard of, most of my family lives out of state and if she has no access to her cell phone and they refuse to help us talk to her then how are we going to? -1000000000000 stars.

Its best to go in to check on your loved one in person, it is best for the patients privacy and nurses are very busy people especially right now they are taking the load of a hospital that has shut down it is a pretty good hospital when it comes to patient care
My Mother is at this hospital for food poison. I have to agree with everyone who has been experienced such negative services from Medical Staff. Very unprofessional behavior by all who work here.
oh dear god
There are difficult people everywhere but they seem to all work at this hospital...grrr
Is this place ok for emergency? I just moved here 1 week ago. I dont no any medical in this area
ICU nurses generally have two patients. A regular floor nurse will have 5 to 6 patients plus Drs. to take care of with questions
Yes...an abscess is poision in your mouth....plz go to the ER...IT CAN MAKE U VERY ILL!!
This place has no respect for anyone
Sorry, at this time we do not have a sponsored program for free mammograms. During the month of October we are offering extended hours on Mondays. I hope this was assistive. Mike Howell Director
Stay away from this hospital. They're horrible to work for and they treat patients like garbage. The hospital I recommend is either St. Joe's or Banner.
Of course freedom of speech is spoken especially the reason of taking care of you in the hospital. Express always in medical care. Loves ones is if THEY want you to know their medical issues...
8 am to 8 pm for ICU
Not better the same
My experience with medical facilities at Abrazo was very pleasant with some really really nice medical workers... thanks people
If you are a patient you can do it from your pt portal or on their website.
Visitation is never over. You can visit a patient 24/7. Just sign in with security at the north lobby.
You need insurance to servive, with out insurance any hospital can charge no limits
Not any more
Unfortunately, the closest hotel I can recommend is the Sheraton near the i17 and Dunlap.
I took a friend in when her old man beat her up and they were okay. But, when my mother was dying, they were unbelievable! They were so kind and caring. Answered every question and very respectful! 😃
Yes there is, it's on 20th at and Thomas. Rid by across from Phoenix children's hospital
Banner Hospital at 55 Ave & Thunderbird road
