Butcher Hook has delicious breakfast. My husband gets the chicken fried steak, eggs, hashbrowns Biscuits and gravy. 😋 I had the bacon, eggs hashbrowns with biscuits and gravy. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked. Biscuits are from scratch, so they are not always perfect to look at but they are yummy. When the bar is open we eat in there and bartender is awesome and fun to talk to. When closed we eat in the Cafe. The wait staff is great. They are attentive and very fast. In our recent visit the bar was closed. Our waitress whipped us up a tequila sunrise 🌅 anyway! Prices are fair. Atmosphere is older cafe style, cozy and warm. Try it!

Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive. There is a male, cook and manager that can, in my opinion, ruin the otherwise quaint atmosphere with his yelling out the waitresses names. Disturbed our enjoyment of our meal.

Super clean, excellent service with friendly staff and the breakfast was spot on as it filled my belly and fueled my desire to come back for more! Go ahead, take a ride into the mountains and get some of that goodness…You’ll be glad you did.

Must be nice to be so successful that you can skip customer service. 10 minutes of sitting around without so much as being greeted, despite being seen by several employees (all of whom were CLEARLY old enough to know how to do their jobs and demonstrate some understanding of professionalism). Worse yet? A large group of people came in on their ATVs a few minutes before we decided to leave. They were instantly greeted, seated and handed menus. Way to demonstrate how unimportant customer service seems to be to your business. Won’t be bothering to go back.
